The votes are in and it's time to meet your new board! 

It's official, the 2026-2027 Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association (ORCA) has a new Board of Directors. This group, which was voted in by members of ORCA, will navigate many complex issues the roofing industry is currently facing. In the past, the board's service has been key to driving and shaping the organization. As we welcome these new folks into this role, we want to take a moment to thank the outgoing Board of Directors for their countless contributions.

Below you'll find the list of our 15 members of the 2026-27 ORCA Board of Directors. In addition to the new board, ORCA is in has also added something new this year - an Advisory Board. This board was created to work alongside the Board of Directors and serve to bring additional industry experience and knowledge to the organization. This year's Advisory Board will consist of two members (listed below the Board of Directors), one representative from the contractor side of the business and one representative from the vendor side of the business.

Committee involvement

To our membership at large, please consider volunteering to serve on one of our committees. As ORCA grows and plans for the future, the real work happens at the committee level. This is a great way for you to participate and integrate yourself into the association. We are always in search of service-minded, talented, willing team players to play a role in the organization. In fact, many of our committee members ultimately wind up serving on our Board of Directors. The Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association has announced the fifteen individuals who will be leading the organization this year.  

The Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association (ORCA) was created to unite individuals and companies in the roofing industry in the state of Oklahoma. Their goal is to provide information and resources for both businesses and homeowners in their state, as well as to inspire legislation that will benefit the community ORCA represents. ORCA hopes to represent their members and their best interests by electing a diverse board of leaders that will bring respect and fellowship to the roofing community and homeowners of Oklahoma.

ORCA’s day of fun, networking and sporting clays for the construction community was a hit. 

Members from all parts of the construction community gathered together for the 2021 ORCA Sporting Clay Tournament on April 23, 2021 at the Tulsa Gun Club. Attendees enjoyed a morning of sporting clays, showing off their marksmanship and reveling in the camaraderie of the industry. 

Breakfast, lunch and beverage was provided by Crossroads Roofing Supply. The registration and score cards were provided by Owens Corning,  trophies were sponsored by Polyglass, and the grand prize was sponsored by Malarkey and MND Lawfirm. Extra raffle prizes were donated by Hometown Hardware, Home Depot, Twin Peaks, Top Golf, Eagleview, Hailtrace, ZT Cigars by Mike and Kendra Scott. ORCA thanks Peak to Peak and Eagleview for sponsoring an individual shoot. 

The Polyglass team was the Grand Prize winner, with Jeff Edwards, Dakota Edwards, Tim Webb and Grant Robertson. Mysteriously the second-place winners were anonymous. The third-place team was Reroof America team, consisting of JR Emrich, Marc Fye, John Munson and Phillip Strong. 

Many other roofing companies were represented in the tournament, including: A-Best Roofing, Bitec, Whirlwind, NWiR, Hailtrace and Yates Roofing.
