ARCA Academy Class - SBS Roofing

This class provides a hands-on, field-focused overview of SBS modified bitumen roofing, explaining how SBS polymers enhance asphalt flexibility and durability. It covers applicable building codes and industry standards, compares reinforcements, finishes, application methods and highlights best practices for installation and detailing. Common installation mistakes, system strengths and limitations and maintenance considerations are discussed, along with a review of warranty types and how proper installation and upkeep affect coverage.
