Jeff Nielsen 

Strengthening local ties 

With years of experience at top coatings brands and a leadership role in the CSI Phoenix Chapter, Jeff combines technical know-how with deep architectural relationships in the greater Phoenix, Arizona, area. His ability to connect people, products and performance makes him a true asset to APF’s home base. His time spent with his wife off-roading in the desert or hosting Sunday dinners with their kids further highlights his relationship-first mindset.

Focused on serving contractors across the Southeast, Cory offers a sharp understanding of polymer flooring systems and a practical, problem-solving approach to his work. With more than three decades of experience, Jeff leads with a combination of vision and execution. From national accounts to local contractors, his track record for building strong sales programs and industry relationships continues to drive success for APF and its customers. He is actively involved with the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), further contributing to advancing the industry by training others.
