The International Roofing Expo (IRE) 2026 is preparing to welcome roofing and exterior professionals to Las Vegas with a carefully built agenda that blends education, connection and industry tradition. IRE 2026 runs January 19–22, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall and brings together contractors, manufacturers and association leaders for four days focused on practical growth and long-term opportunity.
As planning begins, organizers are encouraging attendees to look beyond the show floor and consider the broader experience. Six featured events anchor the week and reflect how the show balances business development with advocacy, workforce investment and community engagement.
The week opens Monday, January 19 with the NRCA ROOFPAC fundraising reception at Zouk Nightclub. In the morning, contractors can take part in the 17th annual Community Service Day, sponsored by Sika for the 17th year in a row. The evening combines networking with a purpose, offering a cocktail reception, food and a live auction supporting ROOFPAC, the only political action committee dedicated to advancing the roofing industry in Washington, D.C. In partnership with Rebuilding Together, volunteers donate their time to complete critical home repairs for low-income Las Vegas residents, reinforcing the industry’s commitment to service beyond the jobsite.
Momentum continues Tuesday with the official Welcome Party, giving attendees a chance to connect early through networking, drinks and appetizers. Designed to help newcomers hit the ground running, the First-Time Attendees Reception, sponsored by RoofersCoffeeShop, offers first-time IRE attendees a chance to connect with peers, learn how to navigate the show and kick off their Las Vegas experience before heading straight into the Welcome Party from 5 to 7 p.m. That same afternoon, the EmpowerAll reception brings together leaders, peers and advocates focused on building a diverse and professional roofing community. Hosted by NRCA, the reception creates space for meaningful conversation around unity and positive change across the industry.
Wednesday’s schedule highlights the future workforce during the Roofing Alliance Construction Management Student Competition. Students are challenged to demonstrate technical knowledge and project planning skills while working under pressure. This year’s competition centers on the Cannery Casino and Hotel, with winning teams announced later at NRCA’s Industry Awards ceremony and reception. That evening’s event formally recognizes award recipients from across roofing and exteriors and closes the day with a cocktail reception.
Beyond special events, education remains central to the IRE experience. The conference program features more than 45 educational sessions across nine tracks, including General Business, Leadership, Legal and HR, Money Matters, Sales and Service, Technical, Sustainable Building, Workplace Safety and a dedicated Latino track presented in Spanish. Designed by the industry for the industry, the sessions focus on skill-building and practical solutions contractors can apply immediately.
Together, these events frame IRE 2026 as more than a trade show. They position it as a place where learning, advocacy and connection intersect to support contractors at every stage of their business.
