UNIFLEX™ One Flash Sprayable Roof Repair gives contractors a flexible flashing-grade sealant option designed to help speed roof repair work with less mess.

Roof repairs often come down to performance, efficiency and ease of application. With UNIFLEX™ One Flash Sprayable Roof Repair from Sherwin-Williams Roofing Solutions, contractors have a sprayable option for flashing and sealing needs that is designed to reduce labor time while delivering the durable, weather-resistant seal expected from the One Flash™ family.

UNIFLEX One Flash Sprayable Roof Repair is a premium flashing-grade, ultraviolet (UV) stable sealant in a flexible, sprayable format. The product provides excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and is recommended for use on aged ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), metal, concrete, modified bitumen, asphalt built-up roofing (BUR), silicone and acrylic coatings.

The sprayable format is intended to make application easier and cleaner for contractors who need an efficient sealant solution. According to UNIFLEX, the product offers single-step application for reduced labor time and does not require fabric reinforcement for gaps less than 1/8 inch. It can also coat and be coated with traditional acrylic and silicone roof coatings.

One Flash Sprayable Roof Repair is available in gray in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. The product has a minimum coverage of 65 wet mils and 60 dry mils, with a drying schedule at 77 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% relative humidity of 30 to 60 minutes to recoat and 24 hours to full cure. Drying and recoating times are dependent on temperature, humidity and film thickness.

Performance characteristics include 732% elongation under ASTM D 412, tensile strength of 115 pounds per square inch under ASTM D 412 and low-temperature flexibility passing at minus 15 degrees Fahrenheit. The product has a hybrid vehicle base, 12-month unopened shelf life and may not be tinted.

For contractors looking to simplify flashing and sealing work while maintaining strong adhesion across common roofing substrates, One Flash offers a practical addition to the repair toolbox.
