Top 5 Blogs on RCS for February 2019 – Roofing as a Career & OSHA Top the List

RCS Top-5-Feb-2019

Check out what’s trending on RoofersCoffeeShop® this past month.

February’s top articles were so close to each other with the numbers of views, we might have to ask for a recount! So, we will just have to say that these were all winners! Our top story in February was written by RCS Partner Heidi J. Ellsworth about why roofing is a great career. We all know why each of us loves roofing, but it’s always interesting to hear others’ perspectives, learn how they got into the industry and why they love it.

Coming in very close behind was the article provided by the WSRCA on OSHA’s Final Ruling on Crane Operators. Since this took effect on February 7 of this year, it’s no wonder this was a hot topic last month.

Our third most-read article was the announcement of the Duro-Last® Contractor of the Year and Projects of the Year winners. It’s always nice to see hard work recognized.

Coming in fourth, very close behind the Duro-Last announcements was an RCS original article on the topic of roofers and health insurance. We wanted to try to understand why roofers, and construction workers in general, are less likely than many other professions to have health insurance.

Rounding out the top 5 was the article about how Cotney Construction Law launched a new subscription-based legal service to help contractors better budget for their legal needs.

Check out the Top 5 articles below:
#5 - Cotney Construction Law Launches Subscription Plan
#4 - Roofers and Health Insurance: Why So Many Remain Uninsured
#3 - Duro-Last®, Inc. Honors Contractor of the Year and Annual Project Awards at 2019 National Sales Seminar
#2 - OSHA Updates Final Crane Operator Ruling
