Adrian Hilton is a strategy consultant with Service First Solutions, supporting commercial roofing contractors as they build structured, sustainable Service & Maintenance Departments. His work focuses on practical process improvement, clear communication and helping teams operate more consistently across estimating, field execution and customer service.
Adrian’s background includes more than a decade in commercial roofing, with experience in service estimating, departmental leadership and project estimating. He spent several years with KPost Roofing & Waterproofing, where he progressed into a leadership role within the service estimating group and worked closely with teams on estimating accuracy, coaching and customer relations.
Following that, Adrian worked as a Projects Estimator at Supreme Systems in Dallas, serving as the sole estimator and salesperson for ground-up construction opportunities. That experience further shaped his understanding of preconstruction planning, sales coordination and project execution.
Today, Adrian works alongside service managers and leadership teams to improve workflows, documentation, SOPs and accountability—helping service departments operate with greater clarity and long-term stability.
