Leaders Roofing Corp was founded by Jan Koszyk in Mount Prospect, Illinois — a family-owned Chicagoland roofing company built on the idea that being a reliable partner to homeowners and businesses matters more than being the biggest name in the Yellow Pages. Three decades later, we still answer our own phones and stand behind every project we put our name on.

We work with homeowners, property managers, business owners, HOAs, and institutional clients. Tom Engoren has trusted us with two commercial buildings and a cedar shake residence in River Forest for 16 years. Joe Minogue relies on us for property management across multiple sites. Roof repair

Targeted repairs for leaks, storm damage, and failed flashing — residential and commercial. We diagnose the cause, not just the symptom. We repair:
