Rust-Oleum® Advanced Wet or Dry Roof Repair is a heavily fibered, asphalt-based roof cement designed for application on both wet and dry roofing surfaces. Blended with penetrating oils and plasticizing agents, this repair solution is ideal for repairing and restoring flashings and addressing roofing defects such as blisters, cracks, and punctures. It can also be used to adhere new asphalt ply or modified bitumen membrane flashings.
