If you are working with a building owner or property manager looking for an efficient and economical solution to an aging single-ply membrane roof, a roof restoration is perfect for the job. Roof restorations eliminate the need for tearing off an existing roof and instead build a new system on top of the existing one. Not only does this save money in labor/products and keep materials out of the landfill, but it also reduces the disruption to the occupants of the building. The only caveat with restorations is that the roof assembly must still be in overall good condition. That means the assembly’s structure is intact and the insulation is dry.
