Flooring that supports more

Discover ESD flooring solutions designed to protect sensitive equipment while delivering the durability demanding facilities need.
For most buildings, a floor is a walking surface. It needs to be structurally sound so that the rest of the building is secure and it needs to aesthetically match with the rest of the space, but it’s not usually a focal point of priority. But there are buildings where the flooring does matter more. In some facilities, such as data centers and other areas with more sensitive or potentially dangerous electronics involved, flooring has to do more than be a supporter. In these environments, flooring must actively provide durability and performance so that people, projects and property are all kept safe.
Where can contractors go to get a floor that can do all that? APF Polymer Flooring sells a line of Stat-Rez® ESD Nano (ESD) coatings that are specifically designed for facilities that handle sensitive electronics, advanced equipment or complicated processes that require a floor that can handle more than your typical daily wear. One of the biggest issues for these types of facilities is static electricity build-up, as it can damage sensitive electronic components or derail operations if left unchecked. APF Polymer Flooring’s ESD coatings are engineered NanoWise™ carbon nanotube technology. This technology creates exceptional uniformity of surface conductivity that controls and limits static buildup.
Included in this product line are six different specific coatings:
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 275 Conductive System: this is a four-layer high-performance system that not only offers incredible durability, but also “excellent light reflection, abrasion and scratch resistance, ease of cleaning and excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals.”
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 275 Static Dissipative System: A three-layer coating, this system "utilizes the most advanced single-wall graphene nanotube technology available to conform to ANSI 20.20-2021 product qualifications and performance verification requirements. Meets most DOD and military standards.”
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 375 Conductive System: another three-layer option, this product is engineered to be installed at 25-30 mils dry film thickness and “cures to a hard, impact-resistant flooring system with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.”
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 375 Static Dissipative System: made of two layers (a low viscosity epoxy primer and the ESD Nano finish coat), this coating is perfect for hangers, hazardous facilities, electronic manufacturing sites and more.
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 975 Conductive System: get a durable, wear-resistant and electrically conductive floor with this “three-layer, high performance electrically conductive epoxy flooring system consisting of a low viscosity epoxy primer, APF STAT-REZ 175 Conductive Primer and APF STAT-REZ® NANO 975 finish coat.”
- Stat-Rez® ESD Nano 975 Static Dissipative System: and last but not least, this two-layer system is specifically designed for “enhanced chemical resistance, particularly against sulfuric and other inorganic acids, solvents and higher temperatures.”
This variety of individual products ensures that, no matter what your project or situation is, APF Polymer Flooring has a flooring solution that will protect and perform.
