While at ServiceCon 2025, Heidi J. Ellsworth had the chance to sit down with Delisa DiMercurio, the manager of digital partnerships at SRS Distribution to talk about the importance of technology in today’s roofing world.
One of the SRS programs that Delisa works closely with is Roof Hub, which is a powerful digital platform that helps contractors scale their businesses with helpful tools like live pricing, real-time tracking and estimating assistance. Delisa shared a few more details about the platform, adding, “What Roof Hub really does is equip our contractors to have real-time access to the materials that we have at the branch, the pricing, everything, so that their scope of work is accurate. And then also at the end of the day with one click of the button, they could send that order to the branch, eliminating some human error, allocating that material instantly, and just getting what they need out the door quicker.”

This is all part of a larger initiative at SRS to help their contractors have the right tools for the job, both in the field and the office. Delisa explained, “We want to help equip our contractors with great tools to create more efficiency, and digital is a big piece in that.”
