Rust Reformer chemically converts rust on metal surfaces into a tough barrier against further corrosion in one easy step. It dries to a hard, flat black finish within 40 minutes and can be sanded after 3 hours. This water-based formulation allows for easy soap and water clean-up, making it ideal for minimal surface preparation situations. For optimal protection and appearance, topcoat with Rust-Oleum High-Performance Industrial Enamels or Industrial Choice Alkyd Enamels.
