• Longfellow Run: Longfellow Run Condo is a 50-building condominium complex in White Center, Washington, built in 1979.  The project used Flex pvc membrane over Flex poly-iso insulation to re-roof.
• Paperworks-Xerox Building: Xerox Paperworks division, located in Wilsonville Oregon, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality paper and printing products. The building contains a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and employees. The division's products are used by businesses, schools, and individuals across the United States and beyond. The project was a built-up roofing restoration using Karnak products.
• Meadows Roof Coating Project: Meadows Run Coating Project, located on Kruse Way.
