Mandy's thought-provoking insights stem from a long history in the industry. Her parents owned a general contracting company, and she began her work at a roofing company over a decade ago. While there, she was able to help facilitate company growth of over 850%. With her company today, Mandy focuses on business consulting with a focus of leadership and company culture. In practice, she has programs such as Mental Health First Aid and DEI training. This focus on culture allows companies to better recruit, engage and retain a foundation of employees upon which to build their successes with. In addition to the founding of her own company, Mandy has been published in numerous print and video publications, including through her works as a content creator for BOMA of Greater Cleveland (who offer CEU’s in the state of Ohio for building owners and realtors regarding roofing preventative maintenance and service).
