Streamlined sales and consistency

Ingage Streamlined sales and consistency
September 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.

By Jesse Sanchez.

This dynamic platform simplifies sales presentations and ensures uniformity across the board.

In this episode of Roofing Road Trips®, host Karen Edwards discusses the transformative potential of Ingage’s technology for contractors. Pam Torrey, director of marketing at Ingage, shares insights on how their innovative platform enhances sales presentations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the home improvement industry.

Pam begins by expressing the core of Ingage's offerings. "We are the industry-leading sales enablement presentation platform for home improvement and home services. We help you create dynamic, interactive, engaging presentations," she says. The platform features progressive disclosure, native video support and offline functionality, making it a robust tool for contractors.

A significant challenge Ingage addresses is maintaining up-to-date presentations across a dispersed sales team. Pam recounts her experience at a previous company where outdated materials caused significant issues. "I would spend hours meticulously putting together these gorgeous presentations in Adobe InDesign," she recalls, only to find out later that sales teams were using obsolete versions. With Ingage, this problem is resolved. "Once your employee has started presenting on Ingage, if you make that update, it just pushes out and they'll have to use the latest version," Pam explains.

Ingage also offers powerful analytics to improve sales performance. The platform’s Session Compare feature allows managers to compare sales reps' presentations, providing insights into best practices and areas for improvement. "You can actually see what the rep did through the whole appointment on their screen," Torrey notes, recognizing the value of transparency and accountability in sales training.

Ingage’s cloud-based platform not only ensures consistency but also integrates seamlessly with other sales tools. Pam mentions the importance of this integration, saying, "We can integrate with most of these softwares through a deep link." This compatibility makes it easier for contractors to incorporate Ingage into their existing tech stack.
