Over 23 million Americans live in recovery. 70% of individuals with substance use disorder are of working age and employed in the US workforce. Without holistic education on substance use prevention and recovery, employees face barriers seeking help for themselves and family members. Reducing stigma in workplaces improves access to care for workers and families seeking recovery for substance use, misuse and substance use disorder.
